Suiter.🌹 is a matchmaking service operated by Suiter-Ai LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17247079), with its registered office at 82a, Suite A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of Suiter.🌹. By signing up you agree to them.
What Suiter.🌹 is
Suiter.🌹 is a London-based human + AI matchmaking service that operates over WhatsApp. You sign up, we get to know you, a real matchmaker (helped by AI) finds someone suited to you, and we introduce you. There is no app to download.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over, legally able to enter these terms, and genuinely looking to be introduced to someone. You agree to give us accurate information about yourself.
Contacting you on WhatsApp
With your consent, we contact you on the WhatsApp number you provide to run the service — to get to know you and to make introductions. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing us. Standard WhatsApp terms also apply to your use of WhatsApp.
Your responsibilities
Treat the people we introduce you to, and our team, with respect. Don’t share another member’s details without their agreement, and don’t use Suiter.🌹 to harass, deceive, or harm anyone. You’re responsible for your own decisions and safety when you meet someone — meet in public the first time, and tell a friend where you’ll be.
No guarantees
Matchmaking is human. We’ll do our best to introduce you to someone genuinely worth meeting, but we can’t guarantee a match, a particular number of introductions, or any outcome. We’re not responsible for the conduct of other members.
Fees
We’ll always tell you clearly if a fee applies before you’re charged. If we don’t ask you to pay, the service is free to you.
Stopping
You can leave Suiter.🌹 at any time by replying STOP or emailing us, and we’ll stop contacting you. We may also pause or end your use of Suiter.🌹 if you break these terms or to protect other members.
Liability
We provide introductions; we don’t control what happens between members. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for the actions of other members or for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes & governing law
If we change these terms we’ll update the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
