Who we are
Suiter.🌹 is a matchmaking service operated by Suiter-Ai LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17247079), with its registered office at 82a, Suite A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect
When you sign up we collect only what you tell us: your name, your phone number, and the city you live in. That’s it at sign-up — anything else is gathered later, in conversation, with your knowledge.
Why we use it & our legal basis
We use your details to contact you on WhatsApp and provide our matchmaking service — introducing you to people and arranging those introductions. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you complete sign-up and which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your phone number with WhatsApp (Meta) so we can message you, and we store your details with Supabase, our hosting provider. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to run the service. We do not sell your data, and we never share it with other members without your agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you’re using Suiter.🌹. Ask us to delete them and we will, unless we’re required to keep something by law.
Analytics & cookies
With your consent, we use PostHog to understand how people use Suiter.🌹, which sets cookies and may record an anonymised replay of your visit (form fields like your name and number are always masked). We don’t load any of this until you accept on the banner, and you can decline with no loss of function. We also use Vercel for basic, cookieless traffic and performance stats.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it — and you can withdraw consent at any time. To do any of these, email us at hello@suiter.love. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
